As part of the Governance Structure of the California Teachers Association, there exists a State Council similar in structure to SRVEA's Representative Council. CTA State Council meets four times a year. The membership size of SRVEA allows us to have three delegates to State Council.

These delegates are your representatives on the state level. They bring up relevant issues to the members we represent in the San Ramon Valley.

As part of the ALCOSTA Service Center, the Tri-Valley is well represented at CTA State Council. In addition to being delegates to the State Council, all of our delegates also are active in the ALCOSTA Service Center with each serving on a variety of SSC committees.
